With our eServices, we offer you professional online customer service around the clock:

  • Let us send you your invoices electronically in practical PDF format free of charge with our e-billing service. This is not only up-to-date, but also environmentally friendly and efficient.
  • You can also use E-Preliminary Claims to quickly and easily record precautionary liability claims (timely information about an irregularity) purely electronically.


Our e-billing service can be used free of charge by all customers with a customer account at FCS Frankfurt Cargo Services.

Immediately after our invoice has been issued, you will receive the original electronically. Our file is available unzipped or zipped, there is no paper printing. Electronic delivery is exclusively by e-mail in PDF format – one invoice/credit note per e-mail.

Advantages for you:

  • Immediate receipt of the invoice by e-mail (up to 3 e-mail recipients possible*)
  • Time-saving processing, as invoices can simply be forwarded by e-mail
  • Elimination of paper invoices and therefore space-saving and cost-effective archiving

If you would like to use our free e-billing service, please complete the declaration of consent and send it to us by e-mail to billing@fcs.wfs.aero. You will receive a confirmation e-mail as soon as the changeover has been made.

*A maximum of three e-mail addresses can be registered for FCS Frankfurt Cargo Services GmbH and Fraport AG. All invoices from FCS Frankfurt Cargo Services GmbH and Fraport AG will be sent to the registered e-mail addresses collectively.

E-Preliminary Claims and Invoice claims

In the event of transport irregularities, you can submit your precautionary liability claim to us online. Please submit questions or complaints about invoices electronically here. This saves time, is clear and simple. You always have an overview of all current and completed processes and can easily monitor them at all times.

After verification, registered users have round-the-clock access to all relevant tools.
