The Code of Conduct for Suppliers hereby formulates rules for all suppliers and service providers who enjoy a direct business relationship with FCS Frankfurt Cargo Services.

Whistleblower system and points of contact

The electronic whistleblower system

If you wish to draw our attention to violations of the Code of Conduct, the standards of conduct of Frankfurt Cargo Services GmbH or actions that are deemed damaging to the company, you may submit these reports online via our whistleblower system. The certified BKMS® system guarantees the anonymity of whistleblowers. Confidential information pertaining to corruption and white-collar crime can be forwarded directly and anonymously around the world at any time of day.

You will be redirected to a secure area that protects your anonymity.

External ombudswoman

In the event of suspected serious criminal offences, you can also contact the external ombudswoman of the Fraport Group, Annette Parsch (Attorney-at-law). Ms Parsch’s primary task is to confidentially receive information about company-related criminal offences, as well as unlawful business practices and breaches of regulations to the detriment of the company.

Data protection

Privacy policy

The protection of your personal data is of particular concern to us. We, therefore, process your data exclusively on the basis of the statutory provisions (General Data Protection Regulation [GDPR], Federal Data Protection Act [BDSG]). In this Privacy Policy, we would like to inform you about data processing when you visit our website.

Establishing contact

In principle, it is possible to use our website without entering personal data. Data storage eServices

Our website offers an eService for reporting transport irregularities or billing matters. In order to utilise this tool, your data (first name, last name, e-mail and company name) will be stored permanently. Data will not be transferred to third parties. This form of data processing is based on your consent in accordance with Art. 6 (1) a) GDPR, which you provide us with when you register for the eService for the purpose of processing your enquiries submitted via the eService. You may freely revoke your consent to use the tool at any time with effect for the future. Your data will then be deleted immediately.

What are cookies?“Cookies” and similar types of technology are covered by the EU Directive governing the processing of personal data and the protection of privacy in the electronic communications sector.Cookies are small text files that are used to make a website functional. CRIF

We transmit personal data collected within the scope of this contractual relationship pertaining to the application, execution and termination of this business relationship – as well as data on non-contractual or fraudulent behaviour – to CRIF GmbH, Leopoldstraße 244, 80807 Munich.The legal basis for this transfer is Article 6 (I) Sentence 1 (b) and (f) of the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR). The exchange of data with CRIF GmbH shall also serve to fulfil any pertinent legal obligations regarding the performance of creditworthiness checks (Sections 505a and 506 German Civil Code [BGB]).The company CRIF GmbH shall process the data received and also use it for the purpose of profiling (scoring), in order to provide its contractual partners in the European Economic Area and Switzerland and, if applicable, other third countries (provided that an adequacy decision of the European Commission exists for these) with information, among other things, in order to assess the creditworthiness of natural persons. Your rights

In principle, you shall have the right to the disclosure of any information held about you, its rectification, erasure, restriction of processing and data portability, as well as the right to withdraw your consent and to object to data processing based on Art. 6 (1) (f) GDPR, provided that there are reasons for this arising from your particular situation, and unless we can demonstrate compelling legitimate grounds for the processing which override your rights and interests, or if said processing serves the establishment, exercise or defence of legal claims. Should you believe that the processing of your data violates data protection law, or that your data protection rights have been violated in any other way, you may lodge a complaint with the competent supervisory authority.

The provision of your personal data shall neither be legally nor contractually required, and shall only be necessary if you have concluded a contract with us. Subsequently, we must process and store the personal data required to fulfil the contract. Otherwise, we shall not be able to fulfil the contract.

Automated decision-making – including profiling in accordance with Art. 22 (1) and (4) GDPR – shall not take place.
