FCS has a new Director of Operations: Federico Mosqueira has taken over this position just in time for the new year. He succeeds Chris Cyranek, who took over the position from Markus Schneefuss on an interim basis in the summer.

During his career, Federico Mosqueira has gained experience all over the world – including in various roles at MasAir in Mexico and Central America, at LATAM Airlines as Revenue Management Manager (Miami, USA) and as Director Cargo Handling Operations Europe (Frankfurt). He then moved to Doha as Manager Cargo Network Operations for Qatar Airways. Most recently, he worked for Amazon as one of the key people responsible for the launch of Amazon AIR in the EU.

“I am very much looking forward to the new tasks and challenges at FCS,” says Federico Mosqueira. “During my first few days here, I received a very warm welcome from my new colleagues.”

Federico was born in Mexico and has lived in Germany for 13 years. The father of two loves jogging and traveling to get to know new dishes and cultures. His sporting goal for 2024: “I’m looking forward to running my first trail marathon!”
